Jatiuca Resort is the only hotel in Maceió with direct access to the beach, with an area of 200m sand beach - almost private. The hotel is situated in front of the beach, near Lagoa da Anta, 7km to Maceió downtown and 27km to the airport. There is a mix of one horizontal hotel building and one vertical flat building, in an area of 62 thousand square meters of coconut trees, natural lake and tropical garden.

For you leisure, the hotel provides with one adult and one children swimming pool, playground, 02 tennis courts, beach volley, team of recreation activities, fitness & gymnastics in open air, games room, and children club. There are also two restaurants, two bars, two coffee shops, convenience store, beauty saloon, jewellery and a boutique. There is also a business centre with structure for events.

The hotel has 96 guest rooms in four blocks/buildings, with ground and first floor. The rooms at the hotel block have just one room, equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, mini-fridge and verandah. The flat building has also 95 guest rooms distributed in 7 floors. The flat accommodations are suites with five different configurations: Suite “A” has 2 bedrooms (4ADT), Suite “B” has one bedroom (for quotations we normally pass option “B”) (2ADT + 2CHD), Suite “C” & “E” has 2 bed rooms (duplex, in two floors) (4ADT), Suite “D” one bedroom (duplex) (3ADT). All flats have verandahs with partial view of the sea, and are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, telephone and mini-kitchenette (refrigerator and sink – no stove or microwave).
