Pousada Lagoa do Cassange is beautiful located on the peninsula of Marau, in the south part of the state of Bahia. The palace was inaugurated in 1996 and is considered as a fairly comfortable hotel. The region is considered as a paradise for eco tourism, with untouched nature, remote from urban and noisy areas. In the surroundings there are several exotic attractions, like natural formed swimming pools perfect for snorkeling, very rich marine fauna & flora, remaining of rainforest, a fisherman village, waterfalls and fresh water lagoons.

Close the guest house, there are a place blessed by Mother Nature, an ecological refuge, a sandbank, covered by coconut trees and desert beaches, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the best in life. There are 14 individual, comfortable bungalows all equipped with telephone, CD player, mini refrigerator, “ecobrisa” (air cooler), private bathroom with warm water (heated by solar energy), fan, and a verandah with hammock. The chalets accommodate comfortably 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
