Villa de Ocaporan is considered as a fairly comfortable hotel, located about 400m from the beach of Praia da Conha, in the center of Itacare. It was inaugurated in 2001 and provides with a swimming pool, restaurant, pool bar, games room, reading room, play ground, volleyball court, an area of relax (with hammocks, massage service, etc), rental of bikes and motorbikes, and internet café.

There are 31 accommodations divided in 3 categories; Village Studio, Village Duplex, Suites. Village Studio has a living area of 55m2 (accommodate max 3 guests), with one bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, safety box and ceiling fan, one living room with verandah, dining room & a small kitchen for self-catering, TV 20”, telephone, ceiling fan and a bathroom. Village Duplex has a living area of 85m2 (accommodate max 5 guests), with one bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, safety box, ceiling fan, TV and verandah with hammock, one bedroom with one single bed, AC and ceiling fan, one living room with verandah, dining room & a small kitchen for self-catering, TV 20”, telephone, ceiling fan and a bathroom. The Suites provide with single, double or triple bed accommodations, a bedroom with TV, refrigerator, telephone, safety box and verandah with hammock.
