Hotel Pestana Bahia is a very comfortable hotel, located in the neighborhood of Rio Vermelho, Salvador. The hotel is situated on a hill, near the beach, with a marvelous view of the sea, only 20km from Salvador Airport, and 15 minutes by car from Salvador downtown and its main tourist attractions.

The hotels was inaugurated in 2001 and provides with two good restaurants, one lobby bar, one pool bar, 2 swimming pools with panoramic view, beach (transfer) service, saunas, fitness center, massage service, kids club with monitors, baby sitter service, room service, hair dresser, and gift stores.

There is also a good infrastructure for events and conventions. The convention center of 2.535 m² has space for 2.400 guests, and 25 meeting rooms with a total capacity for 600 guests, center for exhibitions with an area of 758m². And of course, they have a supporting business center, with staff and all necessary equipments for your event.

There are 433 guest rooms, divided in five categories, Superior Room (32m2), Deluxe Room (32m2), Superior Suite (65m2), Deluxe Suite (65m2) and Presidential Suite. All accommodations have view of the sea and equipped with cable TV, Radio, safety box, 02 telephone lines, wide board internet, air conditioning, and mini refrigerator. Note: Superior rooms & suites are situated on 1st to 17th floor & have bathtub, and deluxe rooms & suites are situated on 17th to 22nd floor & don’t have bathtub. Some guest rooms are adapted for disable guests.
