NOTE – IMPORTANT: Cases of accidents caused by third part provider (not Packtours), i.e. an airplane crash, car accident, hotel fire, etc, Packtours take no legal or economical responsibility of that. This might be a process between affected travelers and responsible provider (i.e. the airline company). A travel insurance should also cover your claims of situations like this, verify the conditions in advanced. Packtours takes neither NO legal or economical responsibility of occurrences that is caused by “force majeure”.
