Problem to fulfill the payment?

Do you have some problem to fulfill the payment through Packtours web-page?

Please verify with our “step-by-step” instruction below, and let us know “where & when” your problem seems to occur.

STEP 1) Please, fill in all requested information correctly, marked with a small star (*), your name, address, telephone, e-mail, etc. Then click: “TO PAY” button.

STEP 2) You need to wait a little bit for a third page to open. If the 3rd page doesn't open you need to click: “Pay - Visa Mastercard” button.

STEP 3) Now you are at a secure web-page, administrated by VISA/MasterCard, here you have to fill in the Credit Card Number, (Your Name) Name of credit card holder and CVC code, and click on the “PAY” button. The procedure normally finishes here and you will get a confirmation of the purchase to the e-mail address you gave in the first step. IF you have a 3D-Secure card, there might be one more step, see below:

STEP 4) IF you have a 3D-Secure card, then VISA/MasterCard will communicate directly with your credit card issuer. Another web-page will open, now at your “bank” (the site of the company that issued your credit card). Your credit card issuer will ask you for some personal information, and want you to confirm the purchase. = Finished..!

OBS: If some of these pages will not open, you may have “anti-pop” program activated. Check your web browser and WINDOWS (Control Panel) & Internet Options, there might be some “blocker” or fire wall program activated.
