The guest house Pousada do Ouro was founded by the time the “Ouro” (Gold) from Minas Gerais was shipped from Paraty to Europe. It is housed in an old building in the historic center. At that time it was a sophisticated inn, but today it is a charming guest house in a colonial style. There is possibilities for conventions with one meeting room, there is also a bar, restaurant, games lounge, fitness club, sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool and parking. There are two categories of apartments, Luxo and Suite, all of them are equipped with telephone, TV, mini-bar and air conditioning. The suites are more spacious with two environments and might be nicer decorated.
