Hotel do Frade & Golf Resort is a complete resort along the Costa Verde (Green Coast) uniting comfort, charm, and leisure in the middle of a natural setting. Ideal for vacations or weekends for the entire family, at any time of the year. Composed of an area of 690 acres, the hotel is strategically located between the Ilha Grande Bay and the mountains of Serra da Bocaina (National Park), an environmental protection area with beautiful waterfalls and all of the richness of the local flora and fauna. One of the most fascinating ecological paradises in Brazil, and just two and a half hours outside of Rio de Janeiro, there is a striking contrast between the green of the Atlantic Rain Forest and the blue of the sea.

The complex has a good structure for leisure, providing a golf course with 18 holes (72 Par), distributed in an area of 6.420 yards, racetrack for electric cars and bicycles, tennis courts, soccer field, paddle court, volleyball, equestrian center, saunas, swimming pool with a waterfall and a bar. Children have monitored activities and can also enjoy a mini farm with some animals. There is a marina as well, providing activities like scuba diving, jet ski, water skiing, kayaking, and tours by boat. At the marina there is also a mini mall with bars, boutique, magazine stand, shop of handicrafts/souvenirs, convenience store and an agency providing tours by boat, ecological adventures like rafting etc. There is also a mini business center with 3 rooms for conventions, the biggest for 350 guests.

On the Resort grounds, there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants, with different flavors and culinary styles. Chez Dominique - French bistro located on the banks of one of the canals. Morro do Coco - This charming restaurant boasts an international menu enchants its regulars due to its breathtaking view of the islands of Angra and its delicious cod balls. The Palm Pizza e Grill - Wood oven pizzas and grilled items located in the center of the charming Angra Marina. Grill Amarelinho - Grilled items, meet and fish that is always accompanied by delicious home cooking. Luncheonette Quick snacks and delicious ice cream any time of the day or night. Escuna - International cuisine, buffet service with a wide variety of salads and deserts. Lobby Bar -Located in the central area of the hotel, where one can enjoy live music Pool Bar - Located next to the pool area, serves drinks, ice cream, and sandwiches. Golf Bar - Located on the course itself, it is ideal for drinks and appetizers before or after a game. Ao Mar - In the middle of the stores of the Frade Port, the Ao Mar serves drinks and sandwiches 24 hours a day.

The hotel has 160 accommodations, distributed in categories five categories: Standard (35m2), Superior (37m2), and Deluxe (55m2) Rooms, and Suite Duplex (70m2) and Suite Angra. All accommodations can accommodate max 4 guests each and are equipped with a mini-bar, air conditioner, safety box, hair dryer, telephone, radio and cable TV with internet. The differences are the size of the living area, differentiated furniture & decoration, the view (garden, sea, swimming pool or Mountain View) and the size of the beds. The Standard rooms are the most simple and rustic decorated rooms with view of the garden or the sea. The Superior rooms have cozier decoration with view of the pool area or the sea. The Deluxe rooms have the newer and nicer decoration and view of the resort area or mountains. The Suite Duplex are the biggest with a living area of (70m2), and have view of the sea. There is only one Suite Angra which is provided for special occasions.
