Hotel Fazenda Capoava is located in the municipal of Itu, about 97km from São Paulo (1,5h by car) and 26km from Itu “downtown”. To go: Take Rodovia dos Bandeirantes until way-out 59, and then Rodovia Marechal Rondon in direction of Cabreuva & Itu, just passed Cabreuva, KM 89,9, turn right at the bus stop and follow the signs of Fazenda Capoava.

This old & charming “Bandeirante Farm” is very beautiful situated in the country side of São Paulo, with views of the hilly surroundings and the lake. During your stay you may learn about the history and culture the place has to tell, and you may also enjoy the hotel’s: restaurant, TV & living room, games room, kiosk, cultural & historical space, swimming pool, dry & humid saunas, tennis court, billiard table, soccer field, hammocks, and several tours/activities of rural character. The accommodation includes normally full board and lodging (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Tours are optional.

There are 25 accommodations, housed in the old farm, spread out in different places (see map). All are charming & individual decorated and equipped with a fire place. There are three kind of accommodations; Chalet da Senzala (3 units), Senzala Loft (1 unit), Chalet do Lago (3units) and Chalet da Colonia (18 units).

Chalets Senzala are near the main building, where the hotel’s reception and restaurant are situated. There is one suite for couples, one room with two single beds with bathroom, and a small living room. The accommodation is equipped with fire place, fan, telephone, TV, (Internet connection – but no Computer) safety box, and mini-fridge. The Senzala Loft has also air conditioning.

Chalets do Lago are about 350m from the hotel’s main building, and have one bedroom for couple, conjugated with a living room, and bathroom. There is also a small sink where you can prepare something. The accommodations are equipped with, fire place, telephone, TV, safety box, and mini-fridge.

Chalets da Colônia are about 200m from the hotel’s main building, and have one mezzanine, with a bed for couples or two singles, small living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. The accommodations are equipped with, fire place, fan, telephone, safety box, and mini-fridge – TV is optional.
