| During
this tour you will leave São Paulo with a morning
flight, visit Rio de Janeiro during the day, and return
to São Paulo with a evening flight, the same day.
The flight would leave São Paulo about 09:00am and
arrive Rio about 10:00am. Upon arrival a bilingual
guide is waiting you a Rio’s airport, and will take
you around the beautiful city for 8 hours. The return
flight would depart about 19:00 and arrive São Paulo
about 20:00.
Note:
The tours are private with great flexibility, and
you may visit what You want to see among Rio’s
attractions - in a pace You decide. The
only pre-booked arrangements are visits
to the Sugar Loaf and the Corcovado Mountain, with
its Christ Statue (admission tickets are included).
Also a lunch in a traditional Brazilian restaurant
is included (not beverages). The tour could be done
like following description:
After the pick up at the airport, the tour starts
in the direction of the neighborhood of Cosume Velho,
where the you take a tram, going up the hill of Corcovado,
for visit of the Christ Statue. (Note: Tram’s
admission fee is included). Beside the Christ Statue
you will experience the spectacular view of the whole
city, the Sugar Loaf, the Tijuca Forest, the sea,
etc. After going down the Corcovado mountain, the
tour continues to the neigbourhood of São Conrad.
Make a stop at the beach of Pepino, where you can
also admire hang-gliders. Then time for lunch.
After
lunch the tour continues, passing main attractions
like: Sambódromo, Central Bank Building, Campo de
Santana, fast stop at the Metropolitan Cathedral,
Cinelândia with the Municipal Theatre, National Library,
Legislative Assembly Building, Museum of beauty Arts,
followed by Aterro do Flamengo with the eminence of
the Monument of dead during the Second World War,
the church of Outeiro da Glória, Monumento of Estácio
de Sá and the Botafogo beach. Arriving the neighborhood
of Urca, you take the first cableway up to the hill
of Urca, then the second cableway to the hill of Sugar
Loaf. Up on the hill, you can enjoy the view of the
marvelous city, Guanabara bay, Copacabana beach etc.
The
tour ends with a transport back to the airport, for
the return to São Paulo by air
